Spray System for Syrup

Spraying system are designed to spray liquid products in a controlled and accurate manner directly onto sheeted products or onto individual products.

The system incorporates a positive pressure pump unit which charges a manifold chamber to feed the atomising spray nozzles. The nozzles are operated either continuously to provide sheeted coverage or intermittently to provide individual deposit control.

The atomising nozzles provide the user with the ability to distribute the product over a given target area. This could be a circular target area for intermittent or a rectangular area for continuous coverage.

The unit is equipped with a 100 Litre capacity vessel and a fully integrated variable speed agitator system for liquids with dissolved solids or powders.

Automated level control is provided by conductive probe or ultrasonic dependent upon product viscosity.

The spraying system can process fluid products of varying viscosity such as various oils or oil mixtures, sugar syrup, fruit syrups, glazes, etc.

The spray or deposit rate is controlled by the fluid pressure, which can be pneumatically or electrically generated and the amount of spread is controlled by the nozzle configuration and the atomising air pressure.

The support frame is fully seal welded and fully mobile for ease of removal and hygiene requirements.

The API Spraying System can be stand alone or integrated into any automatic processing line.
