This machine has been designed to inject very accurate deposits of product into either fruit on sponge cake. The unit can be designed to inject a wide range of products such as jams, alcohol, sauces, syrups, custard etc.

It can be designed either as a single lane or dual lane system dependent upon the production throughput required.

The injection heads are custom designed for each product that requires injection. On the two lane system either to identical cakes or two different styles of cakes can be processed down the track at the same time. The unit illustrated is set up for round cakes down one lane and slab cakes down the other lane. Each head is independent from each other with product sensors for each lane to ensure no product no deposit.


Each head has a positive shut off valve on each needle that guarantees a drip free operation. The injection head is fed product via stainless steel delivery pumps. The pumps are mounted on their own free standing stand, the product is fed to the head via SS flexible pipes. Each lane has its own hopper and pump so different products can be injected at the same time.

The stop position, run time for the pump and index dwell times are all adjusted via the recipe handling controls within the HMI.

The system is fully mobile and can be integrated into existing production lines.
