As well as building the top-quality range of API Depositors, Pneumatic or Servo, API also offer a bespoke control panel building service to suit your specification.

Frequency controllers and servo systems for simple speed control, or multi axis interpolation are from Mitsubishi as are Programmable Logic Controllers and HMI Touch Screen Operator Terminals 

All our control panels are built using Wago spring clamp terminals, which offer the most cost-effective solution for on panel cable management and termination. The clear identification of each terminal block assembly on the panel makes installation and ongoing maintenance work, when changing field components, a quick and easy task.

All our control panels are supplied with complete electrical schematic documentation.

Our in-house controls engineer and TUV Rhineland Certificated Functional Safety Technician gives us the ability to offer PLC and HMI software programming ranging from simple digital control, for sensors and actuators, all the way through to complicated motion control for full system automation. When integrating our control panels into a customer’s system we can offer Sistema Functional Safety Reports to confirm that the required performance level (depending on risk assessment) is reached.
