Fondant Icing Embosser

Fondant Icing Embossing Units are designed to provide the user with a versatile and easy to use system for embossing infinite pattern types onto sheet fondant for celebration and seasonal cake decorations.

With quick change rollers and a simple height adjustable drive assembly, the system can be changed over in a matter of minutes. Digital indication of the height settings for each of the roller types ensure that the changeover is simple and consistent.

The fondant transport speed and the embossing roller speed are individually controlled and the speeds are stored via the recipe handling controls within the HMI.

The system is fully mobile and can be integrated into existing production lines.
